Her calendar listed where she should have been. She wrote on it in vibrant colors and drew pictures to illustrate her appointments. One month she had cut and pasted inspirational quotes on random days. I still have the pages. She wouldn't be there for that doctor's appointment on Wednesday, or attend her first college classes she'd finally signed up for. She would never get to see her son, taken from her body while she was unconscious. She had just turned nineteen.

Well, I'm still around. Mainly lurking, but still around. I'm still piddling around with artwork, but I don't have axcess to a scanner at the moment. There's a few I've done lately that I really like and might just use my cell phone to put a picture of them up, but I consider that a last resort.

Anyway, I'm not dead. :)
